Prior to joining Ferrara, Amanda was the Head of eCommerce for KIND. Amanda has a diversified background, having worked for Philips, Croscill, Experian Cheetahmail and the Orlando Magic, holding roles of increasing responsibility in e-Commerce, sales, marketing, business strategy and supply chain.

Prior to that, Tom was Vice President, Creative, at the pioneering flash-sale site Rue La La. In his five years at the brand, he led a team of 55 editors, visual designers and UX professionals. He oversaw the creation of the company’s first mobile apps in 2010, and watched as more than 50% of sales went through mobile devices in subsequent years.
As the Director of Technology, Bob was responsible for over 22,000 websites and the development of mobile prescription applications for use in hospitals and private practices. In addition, Bob ran the daily operations for Dermdex.com a business-to-business spa products and services company. After the successful sale of Dermdex.com to Universal Companies, Bob was promoted to Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to Vistaprint, Anthony was Director of Product Management at Gannett where he led search engine optimization strategy, implementation, and management for USA TODAY and the company’s 100+ local newspaper and broadcast websites. He also founded EDGERANK, an early-stage search and Internet marketing consultancy, in 2011 and spent five years at AOL as Director of SEO.
